Ali Hamza Thaheem
Founder & Operations Lead
Before launching OppsMech, Ali co-founded and built Quanta Links in the United States, working with businesses to strengthen the operational support behind their day to day activities and growth. That experience gave him first hand insight into what businesses actually need from an outsourced operations partner. It is not simply more people, but reliable execution, clear processes, accountability, and a team that can become part of how the business operates.
Across both his own ventures and his work with growing businesses, Ali saw the same pattern repeatedly. Companies would invest in strategy, technology, and ambitious growth plans, while the operational execution behind those plans struggled to keep pace. Internal teams became stretched. Freelancers came and went. Traditional agencies often focused on individual projects rather than the ongoing work required to keep a business running effectively.
OppsMech was created to bring the operational expertise and lessons developed through Quanta Links, along with Ali's wider experience, to the UK market, with a model built specifically around the needs of UK businesses.
Rather than providing another freelancer or handing clients a team they have to manage themselves, OppsMech operates as a managed operations partner. Clients get dedicated support, structured processes, clear accountability, and a team that shows up consistently to keep the work moving.
Ali's experience across customer support, administration, dispatch and scheduling, bookkeeping, sales operations, CRM management, digital marketing, and web development has allowed him to design workflows that connect different parts of a business rather than treating every task as an isolated service.
Today, Ali leads OppsMech with a hands on approach, remaining closely involved in client onboarding, operational design, service delivery, and quality assurance.
His belief remains simple: businesses grow more effectively when the operational work behind them is handled properly, and that work deserves the same level of professionalism, structure, and accountability as every other critical function of the business.
